Peter Reynolds and Chris Romanchock, brewers and self-described "local yokels" from Hartsville Sweetwater Home Brewing in Hartsville, NY, will demonstrate the art, science, and joy of home brewing beer. Peter and Chris will show brewing, bottling, live fermentation, as well as the methods and materials therein.
